License to Chill 30A is a brand new, 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home, located just moments away from the ocean. The ground floor includes: a King bedroom with a TV, a spacious kitchen with state of the art stainless steel appliances including ice machine, wine cooler, and a large living area with plentiful seating and a panoramic glass door that leads to the screened-in patio. On the second floor is another King bedroom with a jacuzzi tub and spa-style outdoor shower, a Queen room, and a “bunk” room that contains 2 Twin bunk beds with 2 Full beds underneath. Each room has a private bathroom and mounted TV.

There is a new pool area with restrooms located in the center of the neighborhood. Guests are provided with a gate code.

From the house, it is approximately a 10-minute walk or a quick golf-cart ride to the deeded beach access staircase. Public beach access nearby. There is a golf-cart parking area available.

The house is located only 1 mile west of award-winning Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and The Hub30A where you can shop, dine, and entertain the entire family.
